01Who we are

B Zone Business Services ("B Zone", "we", "us") is a business-services company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help clients with business setup and licensing, PRO and government services, typing, visas and immigration, and document clearing, attestation and translation.

02What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you use our enquiry form we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Documents for your service. To carry out a service you request, you may give us copies of documents such as your passport, visa, Emirates ID, photographs, trade licence, tenancy contract, certificates and other records that a government authority requires.
• Communications. Messages and call details when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the information you choose to share in them.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

03How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and give you information about our services.
• To provide the services you ask for, including preparing, typing and submitting applications to the relevant UAE government authorities and free zones.
• To keep you updated on the progress of your application or request.
• To keep the records we need for our business and to meet legal and regulatory duties.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

04Legal basis and consent

We process your information because you have asked us to (for example by sending an enquiry or engaging us for a service), because we need it to perform our agreement with you, because the law requires it, or because you have given your consent. When you tick the privacy box on our enquiry form, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to us using your details to respond to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights).

05Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed for the purposes above:

• Government authorities and free zones. To process your service, we submit information and documents to the relevant UAE authorities, for example immigration, labour, economic development, municipality, notary and free zone bodies.
• Web3Forms. Our online enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
• Google Maps. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Google may collect data when you view or use it, under Google's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Others when required. Professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires us to share information.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, including any period required by law or by the authorities we work with. Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted when they are no longer needed. Copies of documents are kept for as long as the related service and our record-keeping duties require, and are then deleted or destroyed securely.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as limiting access to the staff who need it and keeping documents in secure storage. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through the website form; we will tell you the right way to share them.

08Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are those placed by the embedded Google Map on our contact page and by third-party sites you choose to visit from our links (such as WhatsApp or our social media profiles). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

09Your rights

Subject to the law that applies, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop using your information, or withdraw your consent at any time.

To make a request, email info@bzone.ae or call our office on +971 4 2222 321. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we cannot complete a service that depends on that information.

10Children

Our website and enquiry form are meant for adults. Where a service involves a child (for example a family visa), we collect the child's information from their parent or guardian and use it only for that service.

11External links

Our website links to other sites, including our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok profiles, our Google reviews page, Google Maps and WhatsApp. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be shown clearly on this page.
